This is not the official website of the developer. D'Evia Residences @ Kwasa Damansara is developed by EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1067862-K), whose official website is exsim.com.my. We market this development as an authorised marketing agent appointed by the developer. We are not the developer, we are not part of the EXSIM group of companies, and we do not speak for the developer.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is for
This website provides marketing and general information about D'Evia Residences, and a way to contact us if you are interested in the development. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a contract, and nothing on it forms part of any contract you may later enter into.
3. Intellectual property
The project name D'Evia Residences, the EXSIM name and logo, and all architectural drawings, floor plans, artist's impressions, renders, site plans, brochures, and other project materials reproduced on this website are the property of EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd or its licensors. They are reproduced here with the developer's permission, for the purpose of marketing this development. We claim no ownership of them.
The layout of this website, and the commentary and written content we have authored ourselves, belong to us. Some photographs are licensed stock images used for illustration and are the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any material from this website for commercial purposes without written permission from the rights owner.
