Who we are This website (devia-residences.com) is owned and operated by Chai Wei Yang, a real estate negotiator registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (REN 62239), practising under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1113417-U, Estate Agency Licence No. E(1)1584) of 26th Floor, Tower D, Millerz Square, 357 Jalan Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), the data user responsible for personal data collected through this website is Chai Wei Yang / IQI Realty Sdn Bhd. This website is not operated by, and this notice is not issued by, EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd or any other property developer.

2. What we collect When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect your first name, last name, contact telephone number, email address, and the country code you select. If you contact us by WhatsApp or telephone, we collect the contact details you use and the content of your enquiry. We also collect standard website analytics data as described in section 7. We do not ask for, and do not want, your identity card number, passport number, bank details, income documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not submit them. Information of that kind is only ever collected later, directly by the developer or a financier under their own privacy notices, if you proceed towards a purchase.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry about D’Evia Residences and to send you the materials you request, such as the e-brochure, floor plans, and pricing information.
To arrange viewings, appointments, and follow-up calls.
To introduce you, with your consent, to the developer EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd or its appointed sales team so that a booking can be processed.
To send you information about this development and, where you have agreed to it, other developments that match what you told us you are looking for. You can opt out at any time.  To keep the records required of a registered negotiator and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Who we share it with We disclose your personal data only as follows:

To EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd and its appointed sales representatives, where you have asked us to register your interest, submit a booking, or where an introduction is necessary to progress your enquiry.
To IQI Realty Sdn Bhd and its authorised personnel, for transaction administration, compliance, and recordkeeping.
To service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, including Wix.com Ltd (website and form hosting) and WhatsApp, in each case under their own terms.
To any authority, regulator, or court where we are required by law to disclose. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with unrelated developers, agencies, or lead brokers.

5. Retention We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and thereafter for up to three years so that we can respond if you come back to us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Records we are required to retain for regulatory or tax purposes are kept for the period the law requires.

6. Your rights Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct anything inaccurate or out of date, withdraw your consent to our processing, and ask us to stop using your data for direct marketing. Contact us using the details in section 8 and we will respond within 21 days.
